Strangely, all Premier League games between these two sides when played at the Molineux have been won by exactly two goals.
Wolves have three wins, each by 2-0 while Palace also have three wins by the same margin.
However, Wolves are right down in the midst of a relegation battle having lost seven of their opening nine games and still remain winless.
Palace secured their first win of the league at the weekend beating Tottenham 1-0 in a big turnaround, before beating Villa in the EFL Cup 2-1 on Wednesday night.
Those two games followed three other games won by a single goal, each a loss to Everton 2-1, Liverpool 1-0 and Forest 1-0.
Wolves have also been battling back recently, going close to snatching a draw from Man City, before they got a last gasp winner to win 2-1.
Then, Wolves left it late themselves to claw back a 2-0 deficit against Brighton to score in the 88th and 93rd minute.

Wolves have also only lost by one goal to Liverpool and Newcastle, but do on occasion suffer bigger defeats like their 6-2 drubbing by Chelsea at home back in August.
They also lost 5-3 to Brentford in October before the international break and have returned in stronger form.
This is their best opportunity for their first win given Palace’s record, but Palace’s defence is much sounder and they could themselves capitalise in a game where they both might go for it and leave gaps defensively.
