Sir Alex Ferguson is certain to be looking forward to another Cheltenham Festival with many of his horses set to be running.
The former Manchester United manager loves horse racing and has invested time and money into the sport since leaving football.

In total, Ferguson is said to own 32 horses, and a handful of them will be involved in the Cheltenham Festival this year.
So, ahead of the iconic event beginning on March 11, talkSPORT.com takes a look at which of his horses could be racing…
What horses does Sir Alex Ferguson have at Cheltenham?
Sir Alex could have seven horses in action at Cheltenham this year.
Runners and riders for each race are yet to be officially confirmed, but likely race line-ups are available to view.
And for Ferguson, he is expecting to have Hitman, L’Eau Du Sud, Sonigino and Il Ridoto back at Cheltenham after racing in 2024.
On top of that, he may also have Kalif du Berlais, Caldwell Potter and Potters Charm racing during the week as well.
His winners from last year’s festival, Monmiral and Protektorat, are likely to be running again too.
Their places at the festival are yet to be confirmed, however, they have been tipped for certain races.
Monmiral may go in the Paddy Power Stayers Hurdle while Kalif du Berlai and Hitman could run in the Queen Mother Champion Chase.
If a Ferguson-owned horse wins the Queen Mother, he would win a share of the whopping £400,000 in prize money.

Protektorat and Il Ridoto are tipped for the Ryanair Chase as L’Eau du Sud is expected to be part of the Arkle Chase.
A win in the Ryanair Chase would hand Ferguson a share of £375,000.
Caldwell Potter and Potters Charm may enter the Grand Annual Chase and Turners Novices Hurdle, respectively.
At last year’s Cheltenham Festival, Ferguson had his most successful to date – claiming a share of over £250,000 in prizes.
As mentioned, Monmiral and Protektorat both won in 2024.
Speaking after those wins, Ferguson said: “It’s unbelievable, isn’t it? It’s a special place. This is like the Derby or the FA Cup final.
“Of course it’s not the same as winning at football, that was my life, I was immersed in that, this is what I do for pleasure so it’s a different feeling.
“I don’t have to worry about it, I leave that to the trainer.”
