There is a mixture of league and cup action in the UK this week, while there are a number of high-profile matches in Europe.

Bet of the Day – Liverpool to win & both teams score @ 23/20
It’s advantage Tottenham in their EFL Cup semi-final with Liverpool but the north London side face a huge job protecting their 1-0 lead at Anfield on Thursday.
A place at Wembley is up for grabs for the Premier League pair but Spurs must overcome an in-form Liverpool side and a miserable recent record at Anfield in all competitions.
The Reds are unbeaten in their last nine home games in the League Cup (W4 D5), winning the last four in a row by an aggregate score of 15-4.
Tottenham will have to be at their very best to book their ticket to Wembley, but they have been eliminated three of the last five times they’ve won the first leg of a League Cup semi – the most of any side.
Liverpool have lost just one of their last 27 home matches with Tottenham in all competitions and they should be able to extend that sequence with a victory on Thursday, but the visitors could still get on the scoresheet in a losing effort.
The Premier League leaders have conceded in four of their last five home games and had the woodwork to thank, along with some fine saves from goalkeeper Alisson, in the 2-0 win over Bournemouth at the weekend. Spurs have scored in six successive games and haven’t been shut out at Anfield since February 2017.
Special of the Day – Osasuna to beat Sociedad, Over 8.5 corners, Ante Budemir to score @ 10/1
In-form Osasuna beat Sociedad 2-1 in La Liga on Sunday and they are fancied to repeat the trick in this rapid rematch on Thursday in the Copa del Rey.
That was the third straight win for Osasuna against these opponents and they have lost just two of their last 12 matches in all competitions.
Los Rojillos’ striker Ante Budemir scored both goals in the weekend win and he looks a good bet to continue his hot streak in an away win which features at least nine corners on Thursday evening.
That treble is available at 10/1 in match boost and looks a solid option for a special bet this week.
Budemir has bagged 15 goals this term and was too hot for Sociedad to handle on Sunday.
The last five meetings between these two have all featured eight or more corners and a lively contest is expected at the Reale Arena this week.
Longshot of the Day – Inter to beat Fiorentina 1-0 @ 6/1
Inter have scored exactly one goal in three of their last four away fixtures and the 6/1 that they beat Fiorentina looks a decent correct-score wager.
The Italian champions are in hot pursuit of Napoli at the top of Serie A and they have lost just one of their last 13 matches in all competitions.
Their last two meetings with Fiorentina have yielded 1-0 and 4-0 wins and they may be happy to settle for a modest margin of victory once more this week.
