The Europa League dominates on Thursday with 18 games from Europe’s secondary club competition taking place.
They include Ruben Amorim making his Old Trafford bow as his Manchester United side take on Bodo/Glimt.
Tottenham, fresh from a thumping 4-0 win over Manchester City, entertain Roma in north London while Rangers’ trip to Nice completes the British interest.

Bet of the Day
Bet of the Day – Spurs to win and over 2.5 goals vs Roma @ 47/40
Tottenham produced a sublime display at the weekend as they swept aside Premier League champions Manchester City 4-0 at the Etihad.
Ange Postecoglou now needs his side to discover some consistency and, while changes are likely here, the Australian has typically fielded a relatively strong line-up in the Europa League so far.
The Spurs boss has talked up his ability to deliver silverware in his second season and Europe could be the way to get it.
Roma, 12th in Serie A, convinced Claudio Ranieri to come out of retirement to become their third manager this season already.
They have only scored three goals in four Europa League games and could be in trouble against an attack-minded Tottenham side.
Special of the Day
Manchester United to win and BTTS vs Bodo/Glimt @ 13/8
Amorim’s first game as Man Utd boss could hardly have started better, with Marcus Rashford scoring inside two minutes at Portman Road on Sunday.
After that, for long spells, Ipswich were able to outplay the Red Devils as Amorim started to learn about the expensively assembled but largely misfiring squad he has inherited and the scale of challenge he has signed up for.
The Portuguese has stated he will work hard this season on structure, admitting that simply winning games won’t allow him to implement his long-term vision.
That may be true, but he will be eager for a winning start at home and with United only managing one win from four Europa League games so far, taking care of business here is important if they want to avoid sweating to make the knockouts.
Bodo/Glimt have more points than United and have scored in three of their four games so far.
Excluding Barnsley’s visit in the League Cup, United have only achieved two clean sheets in eight games at Old Trafford since Fulham came here in August.
The Norwegians can notch a goal, but the home side should have enough to give their new boss a winning start on their own patch.

Longshot of the Day
Long Shot of the Day – Nice and Rangers to draw 2-2 @ 12/1
Rangers are struggling domestically but, as has been the case across recent seasons, the Europa League has offered respite.
Philippe Clement’s side have taken seven points from 12 on offer so far, including a win at Malmo and a point at Olympiacos from two away games.
Nice, in contrast, have yet to win in four attempts and have conceded eight goals along the way.
They badly need the victory here to try and give their campaign some momentum but Rangers are dogged and will take chances if they come their way on the counter-attack.
A high-scoring draw would not be a massive shock.
