Club football is back with a bang and one of Saturday’s biggest matches takes place at the Etihad Stadium, where Premier League champions Manchester City, who have lost their last four games, host Tottenham.
There are a host of other exciting fixtures across Europe and we have selected three bets from Saturday’s action in the Premier League, League Two and Serie A.

Bet of the day
Draw/Accrington Stanley double chance v Bradford @ 43/40
Bradford racked up a hat-trick of League Two wins over Newport County, Tranmere and Gillingham in October, but the Bantams have taken only two points from four matches since that hot streak.
They look like vulnerable favourites at home to Accrington Stanley, who are only five points behind Bradford in the table despite losing five and drawing three of their first eight matches.
Accy’s form has picked up impressively and their only loss in their last eight league fixtures was a 2-1 defeat at promotion contenders MK Dons.
Stanley won 3-0 at pre-season title favourites Chesterfield on November 9th before 2-2 draws with Swindon and AFC Wimbledon, where they led 2-0 until the 89th minute.
Those excellent performances suggest Accrington can pick up at least one point at Valley Parade against a Bradford side who have kept only one clean sheet in their last nine league games.
Longshot of the Day
Atalanta to win 2-1 v Parma @ 13/2
Atalanta are aiming for a seventh straight win in Serie A as they resume their campaign with a trip to Parma.
The boys from Bergamo are worthy favourites, but they may not have things all their own way against promoted Parma, who have been competitive on their return to the Italian top-flight.
Atalanta’s last win before the international break was a 2-1 home victory against Udinese and that correct score is also worth a bet on Saturday.
Both teams have scored in 10 of Parma’s 12 Serie A matches, including a 2-1 defeat to leaders Napoli, so their in-form visitors may have to work hard to extend their winning run.
Special of the Day
Over 3.5 goals in Bournemouth v Brighton @ 29/20
Bournemouth and Brighton both enjoyed memorable 2-1 victories over Premier League champions Manchester City before the international break and the south coast rivals should put on an entertaining show this weekend.
The Cherries are on a three-match winning streak at home, beating Southampton 3-1 and ten-man Arsenal 2-0 before their success against City.
However, Bournemouth’s defensive frailties were exposed in a 3-2 defeat at Brentford last time out and backing over 3.5 goals could be the way to go when they host a classy Albion side.
The Seagulls start the weekend on 19 points, level with Chelsea and Arsenal, and their last seven league results include 2-2 draws with Nottingham Forest and Wolves, a 4-2 defeat at Stamford Bridge and a 3-2 victory over Tottenham, who led 2-0 at half-time.
Brighton caused Liverpool plenty of problems in a 2-1 loss at Anfield on their last away trip, however, manager Fabian Hurzeler has fitness doubts over a number of players after international duty, so backing four or more goals looks the best option at Dean Court.
