The only side left in the Champions League with a perfect winning record after the first four rounds, Liverpool will be hoping to make it five wins on the spin when they host reigning champions Real Madrid at Anfield on Wednesday night.

Reds can end wait for Real win
Real Madrid have won the last three meetings with Liverpool, who have not beaten Los Blancos since March 2009.
However, with Vinicius Jr, David Alaba, Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao and Rodrygo sidelined and Aurelien Tchouameni and Lucas Vazquez both doubts, this is a weakened Real side heading to Anfield this week.
Liverpool currently find themselves on a 14-game unbeaten streak in all competitions, with their last defeat coming against Nottingham Forest on September 14th.
The Reds have conceded just one goal in the Champions League this season, keeping clean sheets in their last three games in the competition.

Salah to strike again
Having bagged a match-winning brace against Southampton in the Premier League at the weekend, Mohamed Salah is worth backing to find the back of the net again.
While the Egyptian’s future at Anfield remains uncertain, there is no doubting the 32-year-old’s impact on the field in the final third.
Scoring 10 goals in 12 Premier League appearances, Salah is a man in form and will be eager to add to his one Champions League goal scored against Bologna last month.

Rudiger might have to walk tightrope
Already with one yellow card in the Champions League this season, Antonio Rudiger might well find himself on thin ice with the officials again.
The former Chelsea defender, who was shown 33 yellow cards during his time with the Blues, has never been one to hold back in a tackle.
With the likes of Salah and Luis Diaz to deal with in the Liverpool attack, it would be little surprise to see Rudiger add to his yellow card collection in this one.
