Callan Rydz left fans stunned with a mouth-watering World Championship display against Dmitri Van Den Bergh.
Rydz took on Van Den Bergh in what promised to be a real thriller at Ally Pally in the fourth round.
Van Den Bergh was the marginal favourite having been seeded higher going into the contest, but Rydz at his best is a real formidable prospect.
And the remarkable scorer showed exactly why he can be considered a real threat at the oche.
The Englishman averaged a remarkable 105.31 during the match, with a set-high of 119.95 in the second set.
It was his second over-100 average of the tournament, a sign that he could beat any top player on his day.
And fans were stunned with his display as he went on to beat the world No.11 4-0 in sets.
They couldn’t believe what they were watching, with one writing on social media: “Performance of the tournament.”
Another wrote: “This guy could go on and win it, simply incredible.”
A viewer also agreed: “Player of the tournament right now. Watch out Luke Littler.”
He said during his interview on Sky Sports:
“Yeah it felt great. I looked up and saw my average on the screen. I didn’t let Dmitry turn up so I am happy and I will carry on.

“I was singing with the crowd and I noticed up on the screen and I was like ‘oh my god’.
“Yeah it is [the best he’s felt] but at the end of the day you have got to beat what is in front of you.
“I didn’t give Dmitri a sniff, yeah listen I’m buzzing with the result and can’t wait to get back here again.”
