Five-time NBA All-Star Luka Doncic‘s move to the LA Lakers may have shocked the basketball world, but his new jersey is already able to buy.
The Doncic Lakers jersey is available from £69 in the official NBA store, which is the same price as his teammate LeBron James’ jersey.

It was announced late on Saturday night (February 1) that Doncic would move to the Lakers in exchange for 10-time All-Star Anthony Davis, who will head to the Dallas Mavericks.
Two days later, the official NBA store officially released a collection of eight Doncic Lakers jerseys in adult and youth sizes, with a choice of gold, purple or white team colours.
Youth jerseys are available in sizes S – XL, with adults catered for in sizes XS – 3XL – despite it being just a matter of hours since the news was announced.
ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith called the move “the biggest shocker of a trade that many of us have seen in NBA history”.
Not only was Doncic seen as almost untouchable in Dallas, but this is the first time that two reigning All-NBA players have been traded for each other midseason, according to ESPN.
The Slovenian, currently sidelined with a calf injury, has averaged 28.1 points, 8.3 rebounds and 7.8 assists per game for the Mavericks since being traded from the Atlanta Hawks in 2018.
The 25-year-old guard has been an All-Star for the past five seasons and finished as the league’s top scorer in 2024 to help his side reach the NBA finals.

Doncic now joins a star-studded Lakers lineup that includes LeBron James, Austin Reaves, and Rui Hachimura.
At the age of 40, James has shown no signs of slowing down, averaging 24.0 points and 9.1 assists this season, showing his worth as a double-double machine.
