Dr. Sahin Help, a Germany-based Muslim charity founded by Dr. Sahin has donated food packages to vulnerable members of various communities as part of their Ramadan program.
The packages were distributed at different locations, including the National Mosque, where 400 packages were offered to several families, including refugees from Sudan, Somalia, and Congolese nationals.
Haj Muhammad Ali Aluma, the UMSC Deputy Secretary on behalf of the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC), expressed gratitude to Dr. Sahin and his entire team for their generosity.
He noted that this act truly embodies the spirit of the Holy Month of Ramadan, a time for reflection and showing compassion to the less privileged in communities.
