Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn will finally settle their feud in the ring later this year after tensions boil over in the build-up.
The duo were initially meant to reignite their fathers’ rivalry in October 2022, but Benn failed a drug test.

The fight was immediately postponed, and Benn was suspended pending an investigation.
Throughout it all he has insisted he is innocent, and cited an ‘overconsumption of eggs’ as the reason for testing positive for the female fertility drug clomifene.
After a two-year battle with the UK Anti-Doping Agency [UKAD], he was eventually cleared and a bout with Eubank Jr was rearranged.
However, the latter made headlines during their first face-off by slapping his foe with an egg which sparked a brawl on stage.
The hatred between the two goes back to the days of Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank Sr, who fought in two epic battles in 1990 and 1993.
In the time Conor Benn has been banned, Eubank Jr has fought Liam Smith twice and Kamil Szeremeta.
‘The Destroyer’, meanwhile, hasn’t fought since February last year when he outpointed Peter Dobson.

Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn: What has been said?
The winner of the bout could land a mega showdown with Canelo Alvarez according to Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh.
He told Sky Sports: “Whoever is the winner, we are working in the future to have him fight against Canelo.
“If Eubank wins, he will have the chance to do Canelo at the beginning of 2026.
“We have two big conferences, one in Manchester on Tuesday, and one in London on Thursday, it will be huge.
“And I think it will be a great fight. And also the undercard is strong.
“The result of this fight and the undercard will impact the future of our cards.”

Benn’s promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed his man is training like never before to settle the scores in London.
He told talkSPORT: “Honestly, I’ve never seen anyone train like Conor Benn.
“We live in an age where they like to document their work. Conor Benn is training like a man possessed.
“I think Chris Eubank’s on the beach at the minute. He hits pads for about 30 seconds and then puts it out on Instagram.
“Conor Benn’s so wound up. He ain’t gonna listen to me.
“When they get face-to-face, all bets are off, anything can happen.
“The reality is, when they come face-to-face next week, Conor Benn wants it on sight now, not April 26th. He’s ready to go.”
