The Philadelphia Eagles star wide receiver was caught doing an unusual thing on the bench in the midst of Philadelphia’s playoff game.
A.J. Brown was seen reading the book, Inner Excellence, during the third quarter of Philadelphia’s eventual 22-10 victory over the Green Bay Packers.
The FOX cameras caught Brown flipping through pages while his defense was on the field.
A rather unusual move, but overall not a big deal.
Tom Brady mentioned that it wasn’t the strangest thing he’s seen on a sideline.
“I haven’t seen too many people read books,” Brady said.
“But I’ve seen a quarterback eat a hot dog.”
No harm, no foul.
However, Brown only finished with one catch for 10 yards, so there may have been some frustrations.
An unproductive game from Brown, but Philadelphia will take the win regardless.
It was a defensive slugfest between the two teams, with very little offense.
Philadelphia will now wait to see who they draw in the next round.
While the rest of us wonder which book Brown will be reading next game.
