Alvaro Morata is nearing a move to Galatasaray which could increase his accumulated transfer fees beyond £169million.
The Turkish club are in advanced talks over a deal with all parties aiming to get the deal done soon.
Morata joined his most recent club AC Milan in July 2024 from Atletico Madrid for €13m (£10.9m) but has since struggled for form.

As far as accumulative transfer spend, Morata’s value is unquestioned.
The Spaniard currently sits fifth in the all-time accumulated transfer fee list behind Ousmane Dembele.
And within the top 30 only Romelu Lukaku – who is second – has more transfers than the Milan player with nine.
Morata started his senior career at Real Madrid where he made 95 appearances over two spells.
However, Morata was still not receiving the amount of game time he desired so he joined Juventus for a fee of €20m (approximately £16.7m) with Real having a buy-back option.
He made a return in 2016 €30m (£25.1m), spending one season with an impressive return of 15 league goals in 26 matches
Real Madrid achieved Champions League glory for a second successive season as well with Morata netting three in nine games.
His good season rewarded him with a €66m (£55.2m) move to Chelsea in 2017.
