Coach Kelce?

It takes one to know one, and Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid may have hinted at what his star tight end’s next career move could possibly be.

“Travis would be a heck of a football coach,” Reid told Colin Cowherd on The Herd.

“He’s able to get up there and explain things, and teach these young guys exactly what he sees and feels.

“Not that they all have that same talent, but he’s got a good feel for the game.”

A feel for the game that is so good, Reid believes it can lead to Kelce excelling as a coach.

After all, he’s spent his entire career learning from one of the best.

There have been rumors surrounding the 12-year veteran and three-time Super Bowl champion about possibly hanging up the cleats and coasting off into retirement after Super Bowl LIX.

Of course Kelce could practically do whatever he feels like it once his football career ends.

Kelce and Reid have helped form one of the NFL’s most dominant dynasties in the history of the league

There isn’t much that the man can’t do.

Or hasn’t already done.

But coaching is one of the few career professions that Kelce hasn’t yet tried.

Keyword being yet.

If Kelce can coach as half as well as he can play, then he will make a damn good coach.

He is a 10x Pro Bowler, 4x All-Pro, 3x Super Bowl champion and a member of the HOF All-2010’s Team.

Kelce also owns a handful of regular season and postseason receiving records.

Not too many have accomplished what Kelce has done.

The 35-year-old may soon follow in his footsteps.

But first things first, is Super Bowl LIX.

He will be going for his fourth ring and if he wins it, has a chance to do something that very few get the oppirnuty to do.

And that’s walk away on top, on your own terms and ride off into the sunset as a champion.

A four-time champion.
